Hi fellow ebayers,
Wondering if I could get some advice on this.
I sold a new OnePlus 13r on eBay. I put no returns on the advert.
Buyer has requested a return as they don't like the speakers on the phone. They aren't saying it's defective, they just like the speakers on their old phone more..
I don't see how this is my fault. The item is new and so I haven't tested the speakers.
Do I have to accept this request for a refund?

If that's the reason they put on the return (assuming they've started an official return with ebay) it's classed as "change of mind" which you do not have to accept. But if you decide to agree they have to pay the return postage. Or you could suggest they resell it themselves.

That is the exact reason.
"Phone is in new perfect condition but I much prefer the speakers on my OnePlus 12"
On eBay I only have 2 given options to purchase returns label or to offer partial refund.
What would I do if I don't want to do any of these?

On here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/managing-returns-refunds/handle-return-request-seller?id=4115
scroll down to the heading: Your options for responding to a return request. Then click on the + sign for: You don't accept returns in your policy and the buyer changed their mind about a purchase > How to decline a return.
