It’s so very difficult to get a real customer support person that today is the last time i will visit ebay to look for and / or buy anything. Why should I help support a company who clearly doen’st care about anything other than profit, often at the expense of customers frustration.

thank you Stephen. the issue was that the ebay app on my phone, nor on my phone would accept a new password. there were multiple accounts that i needed to bring together. However, I have now dealt with it, though a simple chat service or even a call would have dealt with this in 5 minutes whereas I have been trying to deal with this since last night. Where in the process also trying to deal with a purchase that I made a mistake on. However, again, thank you. glad at least to know here i get a reply 🙂

Ok glad you're sorted,the app frequently throws a wobbly and some times needs reinstalling or try using the browser or a pc if possible

yes the app wouldn’t accept my user name either. Very wobbly. but between that and the phone browser it was frustrating. I finally went on to a computer. thank you again.
