Has minimum eEay rate for postage gone up from 87p to £2.70. I've tried three times to list a stamp item but when I attempt to list it it tells me that there's an error with postal information

If its simple delivery being not very helpful. If its a stamp or cover fits into an envelope price is under £10 and weight under 100gms standard post eg 87p second, £1.70 first should apply. you need to select custom postage and it should then let you put your postage in.
