This simple delivery is a joke. I don't have a printer and haven't a clue how to scan a QR code. Last night I had to scrap a draft of something I wanted to sell. After twenty years it seems my selling days on ebay are over. And I won't even start my rant about ''buyer protection fees''!!!

There are many rants on here from unhappy peeps both for Simple Delivery and the Buyer Protection Fee,  you are not alone.

However,  this may help,  community manager Kat has explained if you do not have a printer or  iPhone,  you can use another device say a camera or iPad , take a picture of the code,  take it to your Post Office and they should scan it and be able to process the transaction for you.

A faff I know,  but at least it's a workaround for you and the many others without printers / iPhones to perhaps stay on,  and sell on eBay! 🤔

You are right that is a faff.

Ebay should have the mechanisms in place to accomodate all sellers, instead of saying you aren't welcome anymore due to you not having a printer or smart phone.
