Hello, I'd REALLY appreciate some advice.
I very stupidly mixed up two items, pretty much the same size/shape/weight, and sent them to the wrong buyers (for reasons I won't bore you with, I wasn't thinking straight but can't believe I made such a stupid mistake and put them in the wrong boxes).
The buyers have been in touch and thankfully seem quite understanding. I've offered them a full refund for the inconvenience and have promised to send them the right items once I get them back. I told them I'd send a prepaid label for the return but the problem is, when they tried to start a return, it won't let them because I don't accept returns.
Please help, I don't know what to do now 😞

Perhaps thry need to open NOT AS DESCRIBED return cases, as you must accept that sort of return. Return label would be part of the process.
