sellers postage issues

purchased 2 items recently and seller tells me they cant print a label for delivery as address contains invalid or missing fields, i have told the sellers that my address is 100% correct but unfortunately they cannot print the label, they are using the simple delivery programme ????? i have tried to contact ebay about this but it seems impossible, any ideas how i can resolve this or get in touch directly to ebay to see where the problem lies.

Ask them to check the postcode.  Sometimes eBay run the numbers and letters together, and there's no gap.  

Ask them to check that,  that the gap is where it should be in your postcode,  hopefully then they'll be able to print the label.

The seller,  not you will need to contact CS if the matter is not resolved.  Send them this link , it's the quickest way to contact Customer Services.
