Hello everyone
I'm struggling with my seller performance on eBay My account has been marked as substandard but when I check my dashboard, I don't see any clear issues like canceled orders were anything but in almost 7years there are 4 returns or unresolved cases I've been selling for 7 years without any major issues so I don't understand why my seller level has dropped
Has anyone experienced anything similar How have you managed to identify the exact problems and resolve them Also is there any way to get a detailed report or speak directly to eBay support to resolve this apart from that I fail to contact anyone they won't talk to me

From your feedback, I can see one buyer saying the item was out of stock in the last 6 months.

With so few sales, even one cancellation for out of stock will have an impact on your status.
