seller protection

Hello.
I am writing to you regarding the case of the buyer. This person made a claim to me about the loss of the scarf that I sold him. But I fulfilled all the requirements as a seller and sent him his purchase. He is not telling the truth when he claims that he did not receive the scarf. But I have proof from the Royal Mail website. There is his signature, the name and his signature. That is, the person who received the parcel is my buyer of the scarf. The fact that you took his side without looking into it is very sad. I am attaching evidence that shows that the buyer received the purchase and is not telling the truth. I ask you to look into this matter and show wisdom. Thank you

You are not talking to eBay here,  we are members like yourself.

If you entered tracking numbers which showed delivery into the case details,  this should have closed the case in your favour.  You had 3 days after the case was opened to enter that number.  Did this happen?

You should contact eBay Customer Services they have full access to your account,  which we do not have,  and they can see if any error was made here when the case was opened.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
