seller prformance

I have a query about seller performance.

I was hospitalised in Nov. and had a heart operation. I had no choice but to cancel 8 sales as I was not able to send them, made refunds immediately and explained to the buyers who understood completely. As there was no box to tick for emergency operation I ticked out of stock.

I then received the transaction defect which I appealed and explained circumstances but was turned down.

I wrote about this on Community at the time and took the good advice to ignore and wait. My feedback has always been 100% and still is (I'm a private seller selling my personal collection).

My query is do I continue to wait and do nothing? I received a quite threatening message today from ebay saying I needed to improve or measures will be taken by the end of March. What do I do? All sales since the then have been sent and received 100% feedback.  Any help will be appreciated, I don't understand how to respond.

I think eBay do need to brush up on some of their messaging skills.  Most can be written with as you say a little less threatening ' overtures' !  🤔

Just carry on with selling your items, which are lovely BTW,  as the more good sales you make dilute any account defects you may have.

Thank you, that’s reassuring, the message was alarming!
