hi, I have requested a refund for an item and sent it back. The seller has received it. Its past the date I should have got the refund but Ebay doesnt seem to be able to allow me to request further help.

Did you add the tracking to the case when you returned the item?
If the tracking shows delivery back to the seller, you should be able to ask Ebay to step in 48 hours after the tracking shows delivery.

I havent been given that option or cant see what I need to click on. Essentially im not given the option to get Ebay to step in....let me know where I should be looking for that, thanks

the tracking was added automatically as it was sent back by a label Ebay sent me. fyi

no I did get a confirmation it arrived. but on here it still says in transit.

you can see here Ebay is saying I should have been refunded by now.

Where was the confirmation that the item has arrived?
On your screenshot, it doesn't say the item has been sent yet.
It looks as if the tracking may not have been added to the case.
Check the carrier's website.
If it shows the item has been delivered, you could try contacting Ebay Customer Services, asking them to confirm that the item is shown as being sent and the tracking has been added to the case.
Then, if your tracking confirms the item was received by the seller more than 48 hours ago, ask CS if they can step in and refund you.

Unfortunately you cannot take what ebay says as correct, all it means is refund is in the system.
Refunds go back to source, and depending on how you paid it is not instant. Payment by paypal, fast, debit card up to 7 days, credit card up to 30 days.
