seller feedback not visible

Hi would anybody know why when viewing my listings/account and viewing feedback it says no seller feedback to display (or words to that effect) but i have lots of good written feedback i have tried viewing logged in and out. I have contacted ebay several times and they have been useless.

feedback ratings only display feednack for the current year - all your seller feedback is more than a year old, but its still there on your full profile.

If you go to your record of all feedback received and sort it by "Most recent" your seven feedbacks received over a year ago will reappear!
