seller being unprefessional

I have a problem with a seller, I have been buying comic books from this comic book shop. For years, since the pandemic. But I noticed that every now and then sometimes they would forget to send an item, and sometimes I would expect them to maybe send it with my next order, and sometimes I would just be understanding because comic book shops are supposed to be going to hard time and one is supposed to support the medium (a sentiment shared by a lot of people of the community), bare in mind it is months in between orders. One day, I decide to contact them after they didn't send this item for ages. It seemed to me that they were trying to gaslight me by telling if I was sure I had ordered the comic book. Which I thought was weird, since they can easily check this things on their own, I already paid good money for their services, now I have to do some of their job. So I look through my orders from about about 3 months ago thinking I might be wrong about this whole thing, and lo and behold, I have ordered this item, I wasn't making it up. So, understandably I complain about this, they give me this spiel about how they are a special shop and different than the other shops, but all I'm thinking is about all the suckers like me that have been spending their money on this shop just for them to act like they haven't got a clue about what's going on with this disappearing comic books. I'm not rude or anything, but they tell me to do my shopping elsewhere and block me. So far, I am ok with this, is putting me off comic books, but what can I do? Fastforward to the last order they have to deliver to me this week, and then they start telling me how some of the items I ordered are out of stuck (I ordered them at least a month before). And this are not easy to get items now, hence the preordering, they are either hard or expensive to get. So now, they haven't sent the order, they are not replying to my messages and I am blocked from their shop. How do I proceed? The seller in question is the comic book shop a place in space. Been ordering from Forbidden Planet without a hitch, and if there has been any problems their staff are super polite and helpful and do not try to blame for mistakes they have made. Thanks in advance for the advice

If you have ordered something which you don't receive, one day after the latest estimated delivery date, open a case through Ebay to say you have not received your item.

The seller will have to refund you unless they have tracking proving delivery.

If you don't get a refund within 3 days, go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in.
