purchased two very expensive items from a seller in USA .
1 . Decided to return the items as hey did not match the description .
2 . I returned both items in one sealed Royal Mail parcel ( I know now I should have returned in 2 separate parcels )
3 . The cheaper item was refunded and the expensive item was not .
4. numerous messages to the seller are ignored and I received no reply
5 . Yesterday the parcel from USA was returned to me by Royal Mail unopened . I was shocked .
I just want a refund and to return the goods .
6 . I think the goods are counterfeit /fake and the seller does not want them back . Returning the parcel to me suggests a scam where the seller can say he is justified in not giving a full refund .
7 . The seller uses numerous addresses in California , Arizona and Minnesota
8 . How can someone give me advice on a direct contact with Ebay customer support ?
HOPING SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE

I can tell you how to contact ebay. Whether or not they will do anything is another matter but you never know.
So on your phone only (not a laptop or PC) you can ring them or request they ring you. View this link on your phone:

Good luck.

Did you actually open returns for both items? Also did you receive both items back from RM in the post or was there only one?

The good news, if I understand it correctly, is that you have been refunded for the cheaper item, and the dearer item has at least been returned to you? (By the way, if the seller is a scammer they would probably have kept it, knowing that eBay is unlikely to enforce a refund for two items returned under one tracking number.)
If you suspect that the item returned is sounterfeit I suggest you start by having it authenticated (or otherwise). Only on eBay can buyers demand a refund just because they "think" an item is fake.
If you can prove that it does not match the description, how did you pay? According to how you paid your payment provider e.g. credit or debit card, or Klarna, may still be able to help. Their time limit for claims will be longer than eBay's, typically 120 days or similar.
Don't contact them until you're sure that eBay will no longer be involved, as you must not have two, separate claims open simultaneously - if you do, both are liable to be closed.
