scam

i ordered a silver pendant and chain the seller sent aftershave or something the tracking said delivered to four cities so i looked into it  and i think its the same scam he is using same tracking number what do i do i could return it but how do i prove it was aftershave he sent me i need help.

You don't have to prove anything other than supply a photo of the item you received.   Start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days. 

 

Royal Mail have been reusing tracking numbers recently so the weird tracking is probably not  the seller's fault.
