hi, i was wondering how i start a sales event, where i can offer discounted prices on particular listings without changing the price on the listing directly

Firstly you need to be registered as business seller, to sell legally. You are selling Brand New items.

I cannot see that you have a shop, but even if you had, that does not  make you a business seller.
