Hello,

I have just returned an item that was not as described.  However, I returned the item before opening a returns case and therefore cannot provide photos required to proceed further. The seller is fully aware of this but is not being helpful. Is there anything i can do?

Do you have the tracking number of the item sent back, and are you still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery? 

Then, open the return case for item not as described ..... Item Does Not Match Description  or Photos now,  and add that tracking number into the case details .

When tracking shows the item has been received,  the seller has 48 hours to refund you,  if they don't,  you escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

If you paid for your own return postage there's nothing to enforce the seller to repay this,  the seller would have paid for it, should the case had been opened earlier.
