return item already posted

i bought a switch it didn't fit, so i sent it back. Then asked for a Return to be opened so the item being returned is already in the post

Open that return,  and enter the tracking number of the item sent back.

Once its shown the seller has received their item,  they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't you need to escalate the case,  eBay step in and force the refund.
