hi i brought a bike it was discribed as 53cm frame size the bike is a 1957 raleigh they came in 2 sizes
21" and 23" 53cm is 2mm off 21" so i assumed ebay only had options for cm or seller at a glance thought it was 53cm when measure frame size which is standard measurement from centre of crank/ bottem bracket to the top of the seat post tube i went and veiwed the bike the seat was pointing up at a funny angle and the tyres were flat the man had not been able to pump them up as they had the old pushbike type valves so i didnt try sitting on the bike not wanting to damage the tubes and not having tool to move the seat with me. i got home late last night from the 90 miles and 2 hr round trip ,45 mile 1 hr each way and this morning pumped up the tyres and sorted the seat to find its to big got the tape out and its a 23" frame for a 31" inside leg not the 21" for 29" inside leg where does this leave me i had buyers protection does this mean i have another 2 hrs driving so i will of driven 180 miles and 4 hrs driving for a error in a advert or do they have to come and collect it or what happens

How did you pay for the bike?
If you paid through Ebay, you can open a return case stating that the bike is not as described in the listing.
It will be up to the seller to arrange for the return, either providing appropriate postage (difficult) or coming to collect it from you.
