ebay really are appalling - I have received an email from someone selling on ebay which is clearly fraud and wish to pass it on to ebay... but they make it totally impossible to pass it on. I haven't purchased anything from eBay for over 4 years now - this is a perfect example of why. EBay clearly could not give two hoots about fraud, because they make it impoossible for people to contact them...all they do is force you through their ridiculous automated "help" system.

I am not a *bleep* and I do not appreciate being treated like one. I do not click on suspicious links...I wished to report a suspicious email to ebay and ebay make it impossible to do so...instead forcing people to go through automated help where security issues are not an option. Clearly ebay could not care less about suspicious activity.
Nor am I posting the email on an open forum. Like I say - I am not a *bleep*.

I asked a question regading the email you received and suggested how to deal with it. I certainly did not suggest that you post the email here. Ebay have a process for dealing with spoof emails. If you don't trust the link I provided, put 'spoof' into 'help & contact' top left of your Ebay page to get the same link.

If the email came to your Ebay email inbox, at the top of the email there are three dots - click on those to report the email.
