Hi how do I contact ebay to report scam ?

Seller changed user name etc every week for last three weeks.

selling same items every time. I was interested in an item and tried to contact for unresponsive contact number. saw same item for sale days later tried contact them took all the list of items off ebay.

the same items for sale this week again still unable get reply.

Can anyone please advise how contact ebay

Ebay user name can only be changed every 30 days. 

Sounds like same seller with multiple accounts.

If you are interested in an item, why don't you just buy it?

Read all the details, look at the images and check the seller's feedback.

If you are happy to proceed, then go ahead and purchase.

Ignoring messages is not a scam.  

I had a message a couple of weeks ago regarding a necklace.

The title, the details and the description all stated it was made of glass beads (because it was).

The message asked me if the necklace was 'heavy' and could it be plastic.  I didn't reply.
