refunds/payments on hold

So having so many issues with Ebay mostly funds on hold

I have been an eBay customer for 7 years now but my laptop went on the blink  so I thought I had saved password/user name before I had to reset the laptop but obviously I did not, so was forced to create a new account

Now eBay after a short period of both selling/buying asked me to use another bank card even though I did not want to and now are asking me to verify ID which I have done so by uploading a British passport  But now eBay are saying that is not in focus and that it is a Belarussian passport  No it isn't it is a British purple passport

So now I have just been issued with a refund of £35 but my eBay balance is  still showing £56 so where is the £35 refund that was sent on 7th March? Would that be paid into my bank account or go into the eBay balance which is being withheld?

Help!!!!!! I need that money

I do not see why it was necessary to open a new account, which is just causing confusion. 

You must know your old ID and you can  find it using this https://pages.ebay.com/services/forum/feedback-login.html

You can then if you have forgotten the password, just click on “forgotten password”.

I suspect that now with two accounts you will need different email addresses for each account and possibly  different bank accounts.
