refunds over 90 days for defect items

I have only recently started using this cutlery set which the gold has come of the handles the plastic has cracked and broken around spoons and not fit for purpose seller has agreed partially refund but over 90 days now and not forthcoming with this now?15-12237-22263 order number.

Sorry but ebay's deadline for claims is only 30 days.   Try contacting your payment provider and ask for help with a refund or chargeback.
