Can someone help me how to go about my issue of buying a macbook where ports were not working properly and seller took it back fixed it after sending a different charger which could not solve it and now problem is back all within four months of purchase. I no longer have interest in the device again and don't want to ever face this problem again. How do i get my money back under the money back guarantee?
