hi everyone

i bought a pair of new bose qc35 headphones from a seller.

3 months ago.  today the left earpiece has come off and i'd like to get them repaired or replaced. when i try to message the seller i get this warning: "this seller has chosen not to receive messages."

what can i do?

Sellers can not accept messages.

Try your payment provider.

If you bought from a UK business seller, their address will be on their listings.

Write them a letter.

Explain the issue and what you would like/expect them to do.
