If you don't have a credit card, you can't buy this tool here. . Only those who have a credit card can buy construction tools with a blade. eBay stupid. A debit card is not suitable for purchases.

That is correct,  a debit card is not suitable,  as anyone of any age can have a debit card,  but you have to be 18 years or older to own a credit card,  and that is the only proof eBay allow for their verification purposes,  to buy those,  and any bladed item.

and how many people have a credit card? to buy on eBay you have to take a
credit card which is useless as a card. they force you to take a credit
card.I didn't take a credit card and don't plan to. Why then did eBay ask
for passport details 2 years ago.eBay probably made a deal with banks to
force people to take out credit cards.
