Recently  I have been unable to access my purchase history messages watch lists tho able to search and click on other parts but the drop down list  unable to access  some selections I tried to  ask ebay   help but my problem is not recognized by  Ai, unable to contact a  real genuine person

Some Android devices have been causing issues as there not all compatible, especially older devices with the latest sotware updates,and you would need to use a browser or PC.

Thank you for quick reply.
I forgot to add l never use android phone for any buying or any financial
activity.
Problem is on my desk top computer and it doesn't happen every time.

Never happened in the past.
I'm.pkeased to say it's not caused by windows operating system, lm on Linux
since 2009 never problem until 2 weeks ago. Mite be an eBay glitch?

Okay,so best check your pc has all the latest software updates installed etc.

Even try a different browser for ebay like edge or chrome,as that can make a difference

Yes Linux excellent update system and my computer friend a programmer
since 1985 installs my Linux op system he says it's an eBay problem.
I can access other eBay commands it's only the drop down list on the right
with purchase history messages watch list and all of the drop down list.
It doesn't happen all the time.

If l could get beyond the Ai option to contact a person that's my hope.

I can give you a customers service contact option,but it is "Friday" which is maintenance day when things on the site can cause issues,so if it all started before today contact ebay here for a call back,

I see ok. Is that a UK land line or a US number, it has 2 more numbers and
no zero ?

A UK line as far as I'm aware,but can be answered by the CS teams in India and the Philippines.

Maybe look to call them in the morning when your more likely to get Dublin to answer you

That raises another question is Dublin on the same number you provided
without the zero?
Is this number found on eBay or Google search?

The number is from ebay and works.

Who  answers the phone is guess work,no one knows the answer to that one,except early morning calls go through Dublin.You get a call back so no charge
