problems using the PO and the QR codes and tracking service.

Hi - I am a seller and I am having real difficulties using the PO to post items using the QR codes and tracking. 

The QR codes do not come up instead a message reads ‘ Your email is not valid’ …. 

I have not had any problems with Evri and have successfully used their codes/tracking. 

It is a really big problem as without using the codes/teacking  it doesn’t process as ‘sent’ . 

Help would be very much appreciated as I have not been able to get any help from ebay … does anyone have an email that actually gets answered by them?

First check in your eBay profile,  link below,  that your email is correctly registered, maybe it's something simple,  like a space or full stop missing / added ?

There is no email for eBay for answering general questions,  it's a Call Back option.  I also strongly recommend contacting CS as below,  first thing in the morning when the lines first open for ' live agents'  8 a.m. on weekdays,  and 9 a.m. on weekends, then there's more chance of Dublin answering.   You will hear if it's the dulcet tones from the Emerald Isles,  only speak to them.  Hopefully, they can see where the error lies.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
