Does anyone actually know how to speak to someone from eBay? I am trying to send a bike to a buyer but DHL twice says they couldn't take it - once as 'there is no room on the van' and next as ' there is insufficient packaging'. We have been in both times and not seen a driver turn up and nobody has rang the bell. I have tried contacting DHL but it's impossible to speak to someone. The situation is ridiculous. Fortunately the buyer is patient but I'm ayt my wits end as to why it's not possible to resolve this. Help!

I do not see how ebay could help, they have no control over couriers or their drivers. You need to find another courier who is more helpful.

You could cancel/refund with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list) and relist for them to buy again, this time opting out of ebay's Simple Delivery (as it is a large item) so you can use a courier of your choice. Follow the advice on here:
