posting large items

all of a sudden i'm only being allowed to post items up to medium parcel size (61cm), when the majority of what I sell (large printed framed pictures) are well over that size.....

I am only getting Simple Delivery up to medium parcels offered during the listing process, there is no longer an "Advanced Postage Options" to select..........I even tried different catagories, but it's still not there....

Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your post.

Ebay is currently updating delivery options and as part of this the DHL option for bulky items may not be appearing for some new listings. However if this option is not appearing it should be giving a custom postage option.

If you are not getting a custom postage option can you share your item example and I will have this logged with our tech team.
