posting items without using the printed label

I have paid and posted an item myself without using the prepaid label. The item has been delivered and the buyer has left feedback. Please could you tell me how I can mark as dispatched and get the funds released ? Thanks

See if you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number.

If not contact ebay and ask them to do it.   You can use callback on here:
