posting high value item to shipping centre in uk

Sold item of high value, ebay say to post out, but noticed that the address is a shipping company in London that ship to Kenya and USA. In the event the parcel isn't received by the buyer, and given that e-bay have taken that responsibility from the seller, what redress have I got, or am I overthinking the situation.

A tracking number showing delivery to the UK shipping centre will protect you from an eBay or PayPal item not received claim or a not received chargeback.

When buyers use third party freight forwarders they're also not covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee if their item arrives damaged or not as described.
