If the buyer has selected or it is the service you have selected on the listing, just take it to a Post Office which deals in Evri postal services.
Buy over the counter postage, keep the proof of posting then finalise the transaction this way :
The transaction has now only to be managed on the Seller Hub here:
Go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage, click on the item then top left on View Order Details.
Far right from More Action drop down menu click on ' Mark as Dispatched' if you have it, add any tracking number there too.

You are speaking to other member's like yourself so we cannot send you any codes.
I was explaining above to just take the item to the Post Office and pay using the money your buyer has paid for an Evri service, for over the counter postage, then you need to manually mark it as dispatched.
If you have purchased an eBay label which is not going to be used, this will explain how to receive a refund.
Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/
The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

You neeed to take your phone to the Evri Parcelshop who will scan the code and print the label for you,are you doing this?
If you are what are the giving as a reason for the code not working?
If you cannot use the code do as @tressygirl advises and cancel this label and buy direct from Post Office
