I bought a label via ebay to post an item. Turned out to be with dhl and with collection from my address. 3 days later dhl havent collected it. They say contact via ebay. I want to cancel the collection but cant get through anywhere with ebay. I have already rebooked via parcelforce

The only way to cancel DHL would be to cancel the transaction but knowing DHL they probably won't turn up anyway.   If it's the hub axle bearing it looks like the buyer paid postage so the cost of it will be refunded to them in 30 days.
