I am trying to do free postage before buyer pay and no idea how to do it  Buyer paid postage on other item he bought

If you want to send the items together buyer has to pay in full and then you issue a partial refund via the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders page.    Click on Send Refund and on the next page you will be able to change the amount before you submit.
