i had never used the new system so i just went with ebay postage when i took parcel to post office the lady told me postage is for 6kg not less than 1Kg.
how do i contact ebay to send buyer a postage refund
Both the items in your sold list were in Global Shipping and if the item you sold to USA was one of them you needed to post to the UK global hub and not directly to the buyer.
