postage label

recieved ebay message by email saying item is sold and paid for including postage and you can now print off postage label now. go to do it and it cant find the item,  the item has been on e bay for a while now but previous items put up for sale at the same time all went through no problem this time it says error in retrieving you order try again later ... still same after several hours getting frustrated now

I would leave it for now and just try tomorrow - hopefully it will be showing properly them.

I looked in your sold items and there is not anything showing there.

You have 3 current listings - I assume it wasn't one of those which the message said was sold?
