postage label not use

Hi. I think Ive messed up. not used eBay in a while. When I sold an item, because I don't have a printer I just thought Id go to the post office and pay for the delivery cost and not use the eBay supplied label.

Now I cant seem to update the package details and I cant mark as sent and presumably eBay may not release the funds. 

Can anyone advise? I also cant seem to find an easy way of emailing eBay!

ebay's new Simple Delivery label cannot be cancelled without cancelling the whole transaction but it's worth asking ebay if they will refund the cost.   Also ask them to change the tracking number for the item.   You can use callback on here:

You need to at least get it showing as dispatched.   If the tracking doesn't update after that the payment will still be released but after 14 days.

For future refernce you can opt out of SD during the listing process.   Click on "Switch to advanced options" at the bottom of the postage section, and again on the pop-up you'll get.
