please help orders gone to wrong house

hi all i had two auctions that finished at the same time, i printed out the labels and sent the items, however, the labels got mixed up and the items were sent to the wrong orders (switched)  ii have bought a second label and sent them the label link to print so they can send them back but they can not download the label.  im already out of pocket as not sold the items for much, paid for 2 labels and that is far more than the buyer paid.

how can i sort this out

If items are cheap and the buyers are co-operative ask them to send the item onto the correct buyer. You can reimburse the postage by issuing a partial refund from their payment via the dropdown menu arrow next to their item on your orders page.

Or ask them to open returns on ebay and they will be supplied with paid-for postage labels to send back to you. You can either send correct one or refunds will be issued then you can relist for them to buy and pay again.
