place a full time advert

I am trying to place an item on sale on a full time basis I don't know how to do it can someone help me

Do you mean one that is on ebay until sold?   If so select Buy It Now during the listing process, under the Format heading.

Do you mean a fixed price Buy It Now listing that stays up and running until bought or cancelled by the seller?

If so, just select Buy It Now when listing your item.
