i am trying to set up a new bank account for payouts, ebay have sent the penny test but i don't know to return it to complete the verification

Is there a long red banner along the top of your homepage stating .... ' update account details. '  Add the micro deposits there.  You may find using a laptop / PC and try Chrome that combo works well,  instead of the app or mobile browser.
