payment of £24 not been paid into bank account, from 2 weeks ago. bank details are correct not had this problem before

Did you actually  manually withdraw the payout  ? 

Payouts are only automatically sent to your bank account if not manually withdrawn,  every 3 months.

What is the status for your payouts in Payments >>  Summary ?

hi, they have always sent it to my bank account, nothing has changed dont know how to get in touch directly with ebay and talk to someone

Did you actually withdraw the money? 

Payouts from sales were changed,  from eBay automatically sending money to your bank account,  usually on Tuesdays,  to now you do have to manually withdraw the money.

Have you manually withdrawn your money?
