but it not show on myebay when i check it show error what can I do please help

Did you by chance buy the item as a Guest Purchase?  Then,  nothing will show in your eBay account as it wasn't used.

The best option is to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2.

Then,  should you need to open a case for item not received,  or one for item not as described,  this will explain the process.
