- i have someone who emaied me with an offer which i accepted and changed the offer price on the item. but even though they have made the offer it has been rejected by the system 3 times before i can respond. i deleted the item this morning and reposted it but still cant get the customers offer to come through. what can i do?

You need to message the customer so that they can make their agreed offer on the new listing. Assuming that  they still want it.

On that listing are you sure you do not have a ' minimum' set offer that you will accept?  Anything less than this even matches it,  will be rejected.

Their offer has to be Above your minimum.

Or, I see all your items are in auction format?  Change that item to a Buy it Now for the agreed offer price for them to buy and pay straight away.
