not received a collection number or text

i have been informed that my item is at the parcel shop but i have not recieved a collection email or text with a collection number

and as a result cannot collect my item

can anyone help with what i should do

Contact ebay in the morning.    Click on the help link at the top of any page and select any topic.   Then scroll down to Contact Us and get to automated assistant.   Put in the question box Can I speak to an agent and repeat until it passes you to a real person.
