i ordered a an item , paid for it ,was sent out for delivery via yodel. Keeps saying we got it and as of now still says in transit. can anyone help

I'm not sure which it is ... that you've got it or it's still in transit. If its the latter check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/get-help-item-hasnt-arr...Escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
