i have asked the seller 4 times for a return label and they still have not sent one i have sent ebays lots of messages on reply in messages they sent me telling them and they have not replied either there is nowhere on ebay for seller not replied so what do i do please help

As long as you started the return within 30 days of delivery you will be able to escalate it to after 4 days.

You have opened a return case I assume as there is no need to contact seller.

Also you do not need to message ebay, that is not the way it is done. Ebay only get involved when case has been opened and seller does not respond AND YOU ESCALATE.

Once opened seller has 3 days to respond, if not on day 4 you escalate to ebay who take over.

Ebay said The seller let us know they provided a way for you to return the item. If that’s not the case,  contact the seller so I did I started the return request on the 27th aug it wont let me ask ebay for help it keeps going to pending request

its been 15 days and still no help

Not all sellers want their item sending back, sometimes the cost of the return post they need to pay,  doesn't make it worthwhile.

Go back to the case,  there must a .... ' ask eBay to step in, I have not received my refund'  something worded like that for you to click on now.

eBay will then force the refund and it goes back to your payment source.  It's not instant,  and if you paid with a credit card it can take 30 days for it to appear in that card account.
