I have placed an order 9 days before and I am not getting any update from your side 

Can you just tell me why this is happening each delivery some issues??

You would need to contact the seller and ask them.   Keep in mind you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date on the listing to get your money back.

You are not talking to eBay here,  but to members like yourself.

It doesn't matter when you ordered the item, but it does matter what the last estimated date for delivery is.

What is that date has a reasonable time passed it ?  Then proceed this way....

If the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
