no QR code provided to return item

Wanting to return an item and followed the usual procedure .

The item has been removed by ebay for  ' breaching policy guidelines '  I think it says .

Seller not responding to my messages .The product was faulty so I had to return it .

Any body has any ideas of how to get it back to the seller ? I need that QR code when seller is obviously not cooperating .

You say you 'followed the usual procedure' but also comment that the seller is not responding to your messages.

If you have opened a case to return the item, after 3 days, you can go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in.

You don't need to communicate directly with the seller.

If you don't have a label/QR code, when you ask Ebay to step in, they usually provide a label on the seller's behalf.

Re: no QR code provided to return item

If you've started a return request you should be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days.   So when that time has passed go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

However, if the item has been removed it's also possible that the seller's account has been suspended.   If that has happened you may not be able to progress your return case on ebay.    If in doubt you can contact ebay about it by requesting a callback on here:

If ebay cannot help contact your payment provider and see if they can.
