 hi received this feedback from a buyer

If you want it £5 not good 3d disappointed for the price.i have bought exalent 3d movies. This ain't one

Top Gun [3D] (Blu-ray 3D/Blu-ray, 1986) Still Factory Sealed  sent and received with in time stated and sitll factory sealed

but on requesting a feedback removal was told no after ringing ebay the 1st time was told it was because not a 3d version by the 1st assistant got no where so contacted for a 3rd time and then was told it was my fault as i sold it but on that hand would hmv take the blame for a bad film or me in that matter would even think of blaming them

 the comment from ebay assistant the it was my fault for selling it blow my mind and have emailed the uk ceo about that practice

if had sent a normal copy or unsealed copy would have been my fault but how can i be responsible for a studio release

I take it you requested a feedback revision from the buyer without success.

If ebay have already said the feedback stays then all you can do is sell more and watch it fall down the page.
