I bought driver booster where it says IObit Driver Booster PRO 12 3PC 1 Year Download, that it is here to download, so I assumed it would be delivered electronically via the internet, but it was sent electronically via mail with a long delivery time.

You need to log out of here and into www.com to continue. 

If there is an issue with your item, as here in the UK electronically delivered items carry no protection from eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy, doubt it will be different on the .com site,  but it's worth asking.
